My grandfather Wilsie McDonnell grew apples in West Waterford since the 1930’s, my father continued to research, grow and sell apple trees. It was their passion and entrepreneurship that inspired me to bring you this delicious authentic cider.
We are a small passionate team that produce our ciders from full apple juice in small batches to deliver the highest quality product in a sustainable way, from blossom to bottle.
